How big is your team?

Ma Der Collaborations is a small business of one without any intent to expand. Because of that, we limit the number of projects that we take on to those that have the most alignment to our process to ensure we can give our partners an intimate and thorough experience to reaching their goals.

We are all about the collaboration! We might not have all the superpowers a person or organization needs. Our commitment is to build capacity and leadership in our communities, so we partner with consultants as needs arise.
